Who we are

amayalala.com is operated on behalf of Amaya Lala by Love Yours Media, London (ICO registration ZC059949), which acts as the data controller for enquiries sent through this site. Contact: hq@loveyoursmedia.com.

What we collect, and why

When you send a brief through the enquiry form we receive the details you type: your name, work email, brand, website or Instagram, and the brief itself. We use it for one purpose — assessing and replying to your enquiry — under legitimate interest (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Videos are served from this domain. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider, acting as processor) and forwarded to our inbox.

Retention

Enquiries that don't become commissions are deleted within 12 months. Commissioned work is retained for the life of the engagement plus statutory accounting periods.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time: hq@loveyoursmedia.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
